Ojiho Love founded OJTechPro Systems in 2019 with a clear mission — to bridge the gap between raw research data and actionable insight. With a background spanning data science, software engineering, and research methodology, Ojiho has led the platform from a single consultancy service into a comprehensive tech ecosystem serving students, PhD researchers, and academic institutions across Nigeria.
Under his leadership, OJTechPro has delivered over 500 data analysis projects, launched web and mobile development training programs, built the OJiho Cloud storage platform, and established a growing network of strategic partnerships with universities and research bodies. Ojiho is hands-on, technically rigorous, and deeply committed to empowering the next generation of Nigerian researchers.

Oversees daily operations, analyst coordination, and client delivery pipelines. Adaeze ensures every project is completed on time and to the highest standard, managing a team of 8 analysts and researchers.
Nigeria's most requested SPSS consultant on the platform. Emeka heads the analysis division, mentoring junior analysts and reviewing all statistical outputs. He holds an MSc in Applied Statistics.
Architected the OJTechPro platform — from the cloud storage system and chat infrastructure to the training portals. Ezinwa leads all development, DevOps, and platform security decisions.
Ngozi leads the qualitative and mixed-methods division, specializing in NVivo, thematic analysis, and interview coding. She has supported over 120 PhD theses and Masters dissertations.
Designs and delivers the Web Development, Data Analysis, and Research training curriculums. With over 240 graduates to date, Kingsley has redefined technical education for Nigerian youth.
Manages all institutional partnerships, MoU negotiations, and collaborative research initiatives. Blessing has cultivated partnerships with 30+ universities, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
